Open Studios takes place in July throughout   the Isle of Wight. Artists open their studios for visitors to see and take part in demonstrations and exhibitions.

I have been opening Studio 10, where I live and work, for the past five years demonstrating and exhibiting indigo dyeing using both natural and synthetic vats on natural fabrics. These are made into aprons, bags, scarves and wall pieces.

This year I  also exhibited a selection of eco prints developed from the eucalyptus produced whist artist in Residence at the Botanic Gardens in Ventnor. 

Rust  print and dyeing were also demonstrated using found objects from the beach printed onto wool, linen, silk and cotton.
